WeLinkTax is being built on an existing foundation, not from a blank page. CowEASY is an operating cloud accounting platform for SMEs. HKCAA is an established Hong Kong accounting-professional association whose members include accounting firms and accounting-service companies.
HKCAA has publicly documented a multi-company CowEASY CPA platform, together with an arrangement that lets CowEASY users contact member firms for audit and tax filing enquiries. That arrangement — connecting platform users with member firms for audit and tax work — is a natural precursor to the WeLinkTax marketplace.
